• Minimum Order :
1 x20' container, consisting of 1 item or a mix of items displayed on this site. (Minimum of ten units per item). For less than container orders we would like to accommodate you if possible depending on the item. Please contact us for further information regarding (LCL) less than container orders.

• Lead Time :
Confirmed Orders will be completed within 45-60 days. A confirmed order is started after receipt of 50% deposit.

• Packing :
To ensure safe delivery, all items are packed in wooden crates or 10 mm thick cardboard box, as per buyer's preference.

• Insurance :
Any loss or damage to shipment is our responsibility until cargo is secured onboard ocean vessel. Loss or damage, if any there after will be the responsibility of the buyer. Thus, if so preferred, buyer may obtain insurance of consignment during transit or otherwise. Any and all cost of insurance if so preferred will by at buyer's expense.

• Breakage Claim :
Because of international transportation and the fragile nature of this cargo (for pottery orders), we ask our buyer's accept a 3-5% breakage ratio.

• Price quote :
FOB Bali, Surabaya or Semarang Port.

• Size & Color Variation :
all of our products are 100% handmade. Please accept a 10% variation from the size/colors shown on our website or catalog.

• Samples :
Available upon request. Charged at regular non-discounted price, to be later credited if order placed.

• Terms of payment :
Upon order, deposit of 50% deposit required. The 50% balance to be paid after the completion of order--- BEFORE ISSUING ORIGINAL SHIPPING DOCUMENTS TO THE BUYER. Payment accepted by Irrevocable L/C or T/T
